If this is a separate mobile site (not a responsive site), then to redirect the desktop website’s mobile visitors to the mobile site, you need to go to your account dashboard, click on the “Redirect info” link, then simply copy the code you see there and paste it at the top of the HTML (in the HTML “head” section) on every page of the main (desktop) website.

For responsive sites, no redirect is needed.

Our mobile redirect code does not redirect tablet users to the mobile site. Tablet users are typically looking for content available for large screens, and we advise that the large screen version is served to tablet users (unless a separate tablet-optimized version is available, of course).

The parameter “/?mobile-redirector-transfer=true” is needed to coordinate our platform with our redirect script. When a user is redirected from the main site to the mobile site, this parameter is added to the URL in the browser address bar to tell our platform that the visitor was just redirected from the main website. If the visitor decides to click on the “View full site” link in the site footer, our redirect script will know not to redirect the visitor back to the mobile site (otherwise the visitor would be put through an endless redirect loop).
