How can I customize the “New Member Registration” page in the loyalty program?

There are several ways you can customize the new member registration page. To customize what form fields you’d like to include on the registration page, simply click on the Edit icon next to the loyalty program widget, and under the 1st tab (“New Member Registration”) customize the form fields and add any additional instructions to members.

You can also add more content (such as a picture or a video) to the registration page by simply adding other widgets to the page. You can also customize various visual settings , just like you would with any other page created on our platform.

 

Can I use your platform to set up a loyalty program only (without the mobile site)?

Yes!

 

How are points recorded with your Loyalty Program?

Our Loyalty Program module is based on points that are assigned to members based on purchase amounts or based on visits (similar to a “punch”). Authorized employees (staff members) would first ask the member for their phone number (too look up that member in the loyalty program), and then they would need to either enter the purchase amount for the transaction, or record a visit, and our platform will automatically convert that into points for that member based on the rules you’ve configured for the loyalty program.
